The plate itself is measured at 35 dB. What the flat below hears is not the machine — it is the vibration passed into the floor. The mat stops it there, and protects wood, laminate or tiles at the contact points.

Delivery and returns
Free delivery to mainland UK, with no minimum order value. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order ships.
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, without giving a reason. Return postage is yours to pay. The detail is on the Delivery and Returns page.
If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If yours is not, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund.
After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or refund if that does not resolve it. Write to us from the Contact page with your order number and a photo: we arrange the repair, the replacement or the refund at our cost.
