Noise, space, time, safety, delivery. If your question is not here, write to us — we answer ourselves.
Start from what is bothering you, not from the type of machine. Heavy legs in the evening, a stiff back in the morning, getting out of breath, losing strength: each category answers one of those four problems.
If you are still unsure, the chooser on the home page asks four questions and suggests one specific machine. And you can always write to us before you order.
Noise is the main reason a machine ends up in a cupboard, so we publish the level where we have measured it. The vibration plate is 35 dB: the level of a quiet room, usable at 10 pm.
Mechanical machines — the hydraulic rower, the squat machines, the kettlebells — make almost no noise at all because they have no motor. For anything standing on the floor in an older building, an anti-vibration mat handles the rest.
Exact dimensions are on every product page, in the Specifications accordion. We do not list a machine that cannot fit in a normal home.
A good part of the range puts away after use: the vibration plate is 12 cm thick and slides under a sofa, the rower and the bench fold. If all you have is a corner of the living room, tell us and we will point you to the compact formats.
Not always. The hydraulic rower, the squat machines, the kettlebells, the ab roller: none of those plug in.
The electrical machines — vibration plates, compression boots, infrared sauna, massagers — run off a standard socket. Some massagers run on a battery. It is stated on every product page.
For recovery, ten minutes in the evening is enough, without changing your clothes. It is short on purpose: a short session done three times a week beats an hour that never happens.
For cardio and strength, allow twenty to thirty minutes. Start shorter than you think you can manage, and build up from there.
Yes, and we would rather say so before you buy. Depending on the machine: pregnancy, a pacemaker or electronic implant, thrombosis or severe circulatory problems, an acute disc herniation, advanced osteoporosis, recent joint replacements or surgery, epilepsy.
The detail by family of machine is on the Safety Information page. We sell equipment, not medical advice: if you are unsure, ask your doctor before using it.
Delivery is free to mainland UK, with no minimum order value.
The indicative lead time for each machine is on its product page and on the Delivery and Returns page. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships, and you can follow the parcel at any time from Track my order.
Yes. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, without giving a reason.
The machine must come back complete, packed so it is protected. Return postage is yours to pay. We refund as soon as the return reaches us. Write to us before sending anything back and we will give you the address and the steps.
Write to us with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — if yours is not, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund.
After that, we arrange the repair, the replacement or the refund at our cost. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within a few days of delivery, with photos of the packaging.
Through the Contact page. We answer ourselves, usually the same day.
A question about how much room it really takes, how loud it is, the maximum load or whether it suits you: ask before you buy. It saves us both a return.
