Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order, without giving a reason and without penalty.
- To cancel, tell us in a clear statement (letter or email) before the deadline. A model cancellation form is available on request.
- You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.

The direct cost of returning the goods is yours to pay. Because some of these machines are bulky and cannot go through the normal post, that cost is estimated at £[TO BE COMPLETED] depending on the product and your address.
- Goods must come back complete, with accessories, packed so they travel without damage. We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

- We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you have sent them, to the payment method you used.
Faulty or not as described
This is different from changing your mind. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund, and the cost of return and replacement is ours. Write to us with a photo and we will take it from there.
After 30 days
You remain entitled to a repair or a replacement. If that does not resolve the problem, you can claim a price reduction or a refund. These rights last up to six years from purchase in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and five years in Scotland. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
